1. Parties
This Agreement has been concluded electronically, under the terms and conditions below, between the contractor providing services under the Epsilos brand ("Seller") and the buyer purchasing e-commerce software, business websites and digital services through the Epsilos platform ("Buyer").
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the e-commerce platform, business website setup and related digital services that the Buyer orders through the Seller's website or digital channels.
3. Delivery and Use of the Service
Digital services and software access are delivered to the Buyer electronically (by email, panel access or server setup) after the order is confirmed and payment is completed. No physical shipment is made.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Terms
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the software and digital services purchased, without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of the date the service is delivered/set up. To use the right of withdrawal, written notice to the Seller within this period is sufficient. Once the refund request is approved, the amount paid is refunded within 14 days using the Buyer's payment method.
5. Jurisdiction
For disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction up to the value announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above that value.
